Refund Policy: Mars Hill Cycling Camp 2025

We understand that for various reasons you may need to cancel your attendance at camp. This includes personal reasons, illness or injury. We will continue to honor our existing policy: refunds for cancellations will be issued according to the following schedule. The refund period is based on the first day of the camp for which you are registered.
 

• 14 days or fewer, no refund 

• 15-30 days, 25% refund

• 31-60 days, 50% refund

• 61 or more days, 70% refund

If there is a "last minute" illness or injury that prevents attendance at camp and there is space available at a later camp date that same year and by which time your child will be fully recovered, we will consult with you on the option of transferring your child's registration.
